Poster Submission: 11 June 2026 (Thursday)

  • SRD 2026 is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from local (public or private) and international universities, regardless of discipline
  • Participants may choose either:
    • Physical Presentation (Offline) or Virtual Presentation (Online).
  • For virtual participants, the participants must complete the registration form, upload proof of payment, and submit the project abstract via the link provided.
  • All submissions must be made by the deadline stated in the Important Dates section.
  1. Posters must be one (1) page only.
  2. Content must include the project title, author(s), affiliation(s), and institutional logo(s)
  3. Only the official poster template provided by the organizer is allowed.
  4. Posters will be uploaded to the SRD 2026 website for public viewing
  5. Physical presenters must bring a printed A1-size poster. Poster stands will be provided.
  6. Posters must be prepared in:
  • Maximum file size: 25 MB.
  • Submission format: PDF only.
  • File naming format:
    FullName_UMT__Faculty
    (e.g., AtikahRoslan_UMT_FTKK).
  • The presenter must appear in the video and narrate the presentation.
  • Language: English only.
  • Maximum duration: 5 minutes.
  • The video must include the project title, presenter’s name, and supervisor(s).
  • Content should briefly cover the problem statement, proposed solution, and methodology.
  • The video must be original and unpublished.
  • The video must be uploaded to YouTube and the link must be submitted to the secretariat.
