aims to determine the effectiveness of basic mushroom cultivation and entrepreneurship
workshop in UMT campus by evaluating knowledge pre and post survey knowledge and
to determine the selected characteristics of the students involved in the mushroom
entrepreneurship project. Those characteristics are as followed: age, education
background, training exposure, income, suggestions to improve the project in the future.
This workshop was held at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu for two days while nine
students attended an entrepreneurship project. The effectiveness of this project is known
through 14 pre-survey questions for them to answer before the workshop and 14 post-
survey questions for them to answer after the workshop. It was found that the workshops
held showed an increase in scale before and after the workshop from all aspects of the
questions. Similarly, the entrepreneurship project showed a positive impact from 12
aspects of the questions given after the project ended to 9 students through a google

workshops and projects can help UMT implement more projects and workshops.
